Dear Love,

Since a few days I was thinking about your birthday present, I tried my best, collected a few but couldn’t find the perfect gift for you to present you on your special day through which you can feel all the love I have for you in my heart. Something which can express, not all, but at least warmth of all my love for you and which you can possess for years without worrying about losing it or getting it deteriorated. Then I got hit with the idea of writing this letter to you to give it as a birthday present. So here I go…

I don’t know where to begin from. I would first like tell you that at this point of my life, I was not expecting that I would ever find someone like you and will feel this magic of love (your kala jaadu 😂) again. Sometimes I think that the adequate words to express all my feelings for you do not exist, but I hope that when you read this letter you can feel the immense love I have for you in my heart and that you understand everything that I want to express to you on this special day. You know, you are a big reason that I am waking up with a big smile on my face every morning since last 1 month. You are constantly on my mind as I go about my everyday routine, either directly or subconsciously in the back of my mind. I just don’t have any control over it and honestly, I don’t even want to control it 🙈.

You know, some people come into our lives and barely leave a trace, others leave a string of footprints 👣👣 etched upon our hearts, letting us know they are with us every step we take.

I saw you for the first time during our trip to Mcleodganj with no clue that one day you will mean the whole world to me, and I will be writing a note like this to you while cherishing those moments. It took me a few efforts to initiate the conversation with you, to let you down your shield and eventually winning your heart.

 

It’s not been long since we know each other, but honestly it feels like I know you since ages (like tera mujhse hai pehle ka naata koi, yun hi nahi dil ❤️lubhata koi). Even though it has been a very short period, it has been full of awesomeness, fun, and our never-ending love😂 🙈. Moments that we will cherish forever.

 

You are stamping all over my heart since the day we started talking. You are not just my love or my BFF but you are something more, it feels like you were the missing happiness of my life, that missing piece of my life’s puzzle which makes it complete and beautiful. You know, my smile grows a little bit wider when I talk to you or when I am lost in your thoughts in my imaginary world. I want you to know how much I appreciate you. I haven’t told you, but I notice everything you do for me like every little thing you do for me. Be it cheering me up whenever I am down, the way you feel proud of me, the way you care for me like I am a kiddo, the way you support me, boosts my confidence whenever I doubt myself. 

Though we have met a few times till now, have spent days together, been on a trip as well. But still every time we meet, I look at you like I haven’t seen someone like this ever before, I just can’t resist getting lost into your eyes. I can never forget all the time we have spent together holding each other’s hand tightly as we can’t stay even a cm away from each other. 

 

There are lot of memories that we have created in such a short period which we can talk about and cherish them endlessly, especially our trip to Mahakaal. I won’t forget it ever, it was so full of love, care, and compassion. I cannot express how it feels when I hold your hand and your fingers intertwined with mine which gives me a sense of completeness every time I hold them. And you know how irresistible it is for me to keep my lips away from yours every time I look at your beautiful face. I never knew how the nectar tasted until my lips touched yours. It’s one of the best feelings in this world to kiss you and getting kissed by you and nothing can ever match the feeling of hugging 🤗🤗🤗 you my love. The feeling of wrapping my whole world in my arms, the feeling of being in heaven, the feeling of completeness. All vocabulary in this world is not sufficient to describe how I feel to be with you, to be yours and holding you in my arms.

 

Let me tell you one more thing I haven’t told you yet, you know what, sometimes when I wake up in the morning and I think about you, it still feels like a dream for me that I have you, that you love me like anything and you are so crazy for me. It’s hard to put it into words that how much you mean to me, because words will never be enough. I know my life wouldn’t be the same without you. With you by my side, the world is a better place, everything is so beautiful. The sun shines a little bit brighter; my smile grows a little bit wider, and in those moments, my problems just get vanished. You are the most beautiful person I have ever met, inside and out. You are selfless, compassionate, and wise enough. My love, what more can I say? I just wish like in 50 years from now, I want to be accompanied by you, holding your hand. I have no doubt that you will still be the same person who could turn my every frown into a smile or laughter. want to marry you, have babies, and grow old with you.

 

Okay! I know I am a chatterbox and have said a lot of things (though not everything) but now let’s come to the point. It’s your special day today, though now you are 28, enough matured and wise to make your decisions on your own in a rightly manner but always remember... never ever get afraid of making a mistake. Mistakes are meant to teach us those lessons of life which are not covered in our textbooks and are not taught in any school or institute. So, go ahead and choose whatever you feel is right. No matter what happens you will always feel the warmth of my hands through your colds. I am and I will always be there for you. I will be your full moon in your darkest nights.

 

I want you to live this new year that you are beginning with much enthusiasm. Don’t ever give up on the problems or challenges that may appear in front of you because you will never face them alone. I know you are very strong, and you don’t need anyone. You can deal with all the challenges or difficult situations on your own, but I just want to tell you that no matter what happens, I will be there with you on your side. I’m sorry if I am being a little sentimental but I think that your birthday is the perfect moment to tell you all what I don’t tell you in a normal day, to thank you for everything, to let you know how much important you are for me and most importantly to make you feel the warmth of all my love for you.

 

I wish the almighty showers you with all the joy and happiness of this universe (just like he did by blessing me with you). May you achieve all your dreams, turn them into reality and live them...Off course with me. I am sending my all-best wishes to you packed with lots of kisses and wrapped in a warm cozy hug. A lot of things are running through my mind but I am short of words so here I am taking a full stop… (3 full stops to give it a continuity to let you know that It doesn’t ends here…my love for you is endless)
